Media Entrance
Upon arrival at WesBanco Arena, please enter through the Main Entrance to WesBanco Arena near the Box Office on 14th Street.
We're happy to accommodate media requests as often as possible! Please complete the following information to request photo, review or interview passes to an upcoming concert or event to help us communicate your request better with events.
Credentials
All individuals with the intent to publish photographs, information or video from WesBanco Arena events through print or broadcast mediums are required to have the proper tour and/or venue credentials. For media information and requests, please fill out the request form below. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval, however we attempt to fill media requests as often as possible. You will be notified at least one day before the event if you are approved.
Media Review Tickets
If you're receiving media review tickets, your tickets will be available at the WesBanco Arena Box Office/Will Call at least 2 hours before an event. You will be notified at least one day before the event if your request has been approved.
Photographer/Videographer Passes
Requests for photo passes must also be submitted at least one week in advance and approved by the show or tour. Requests may also be made for tickets in addition to photo passes. Approved photographers should report to WesBanco Arena Box Office. A member of the WesBanco Arena marketing staff will provide photo passes and escort photographers. Proper equipment is required
