The West Meeting Rooms are four individual meeting rooms, separated by dividing air walls. Rooms can be opened into one large room, four individual rooms, two rooms, or whatever your event requires to create more space. Meeting rooms can be set however your event requires - theatre style, classroom style, board style, u-shape, hollow square, etc. Individual rooms are 700 square feet 2,500 square feet total.
The Club at WesBanco Arena is a restaurant style space. Perfect for lunch or dinner receptions, meetings, and small events. Complete with built in kitchen and bar, The Club is the perfect space to explore food and beverage options for your group. The space is approximately 4,000 square feet and can accommodate seating for 200, depending on setup style.
The Lobby at WesBanco Arena features beautiful views of Wheeling's Heritage Port Park and is easily accessible from 14th Street and Nailers Way. The Lobby is frequently used for press conferences and can be used for receptions. The lobby can be set however your event requires, complete with staging, tables, chairs, and audio. Space can be set theatre style, banquet style, etc.
