Job Description:

As an usher, you help to ensure safety, engage with guests to assist with their needs before, during and after the show, help to maintain the cleanliness of the venue and assist with event setup or teardown when needed. 

Job Functions:

• Greet guests upon entry to the venue, answer guest questions, assist guests with locating their seats and examines tickets for entry to various seat levels around the venue during the event.
• Assist with keeping the venue safe, clean and presentable to the guest.
• Resolve guest complaints or problems.
• Examine tickets or passes to verify authenticity.
• Provide assistance to with guests with special needs, such as helping with seat accommodations.
• Guide guests to exits or provide other instructions or assistance in case of emergency.
• May assist in verifying staff credentials to generally restricted areas.
• Assist patrons by giving directions places inside or outside the venue.
• Ensure guests are safely enjoying the show.
• Assist with event setup, teardown, or cleanup as needed. 

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
• At least 1+ year in a guest service role preferred
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs and occasional sitting, lifting and carrying 25 lbs+

As a concessions worker, you will help to prepare and sell food and beverage products to guests. Additionally, you will be required to maintain the cleanliness of concessions areas and the venue.

Job Functions:

• Prepare and serve a variety of food and beverages to customers
• Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in food preparation and service areas

Qualifications:

As a Box Office Attendant, engage with guests to assist in the sales of tickets and help in customer service during events.

• Sell tickets for various events
• Provide excellent customer service to guests
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently

Job Description:

As a maintenance and housekeeping employee, you essential to maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our venues. Additionally, you may be responsible for making repairs to equipment as necessary. 

Job Functions:

• Keep the venues safe and clean at all times, including but not limited to clean and disinfect all fixtures, floors, mirrors, doors, and walls of restrooms.
• Keep all guest facing area free of trash, restock restroom paper materials and hygiene products as needed.
• Keep work areas neat and orderly, clean equipment and assist with other cleaning duties as assigned.
• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of equipment
• Partner with fellow employees at the end of events to close the venue. This may include picking up garbage and disposal of trash, picking up and properly storing event equipment such as chairs, bike rack, and other necessary equipment
• Diagnose problems, replace, or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines and equipment.
• Use a variety of hand and power tools and material handling equipment in performing duties.
• Detect faulty operations, defective material, and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
• Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Must be highly motivated and able to work independently.
• Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs, lifting, and carrying 50 lbs.+
• Available to work any day of the week including holidays
• Available to work different shifts; to include midnight shift on occasion

Job Description:

The responsibilities of this position include cleaning the ice surface according to the daily schedule, as well as helping renters as needed. In addition, some basic maintenance and cleaning is required. The primary hours of this position may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Job Functions:

· Able to capably operate or learn to operate the Zamboni machine.

· Able to read the compressors and boilers that maintain the Ice Center.

· Able to put down, take out, maintain and repair a quality ice surface.

· Open and close WesBanco Arena.

· Assist the people using the WesBanco Arena when necessary.

· See to the repair of any breakage or damages that occur in the WesBanco Arena, that are of an emergency nature.

· Maintain cleanliness of locker rooms between games, practices, etc.

· Keep the Arena clean during games, practices, etc.

-Mechanical knowledge is helpful.

· Any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Prior Zamboni and/or ice rink maintenance experience required. High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Certifications/Licenses: 

• Valid driver's license required
